A Californian realtor called me last week and asked if I’d give him a referral fee if I listed his friend’s condo on Beach Avenue. This is a normal practice in our business, so of course I said yes.

Yesterday I met with the owner. The suite had been rented and the tenant has now moved out. She is aware the market is better supplied, so agreed to list her Vancouver Downtown Beach Avenue lower than the price we had agreed on last week in order to move it quickly. Smart Seller!

Pixilink will be doing a floorplan for me on Monday and BC Virtual Tours will be doing a virtual tour and pictures at the same time. I’ve uploaded it to TheRealestatebook.com website and my own website. The listing was submitted today to REGGV so I expect it will be on the system by Tuesday. I’ve ordered the strata documents from the property manager, together with a strata plan.

As soon as I receive the photos for 907 Beach Avenue I will be uploading them to V-flyer and then it’ll be syndicated to Craig’s List and other websites. I’ll be ordering Just Listed cards today for the neighbourhood and then I’ll be syndicating this post to ActiveRain and other blogsites and e-broadcasting to my sphere of influence.
