Prime downtown real estate is up for grabs with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vancouver announcing the sale of its Robson Street property.
It’s the old brick building mere steps from BC Place Stadium.
“That’s a good location. That’s one of the last good locations left in the city for developing,” said Arnold Fenrick, financial consultant to the organization.
Fenrick said the church has considered relocating for more than a decade. The building has reached the end of its life.
