- 5% between $500,000 and $1M
- 15% sold over $1M, which is unusual for the West End . Good value in this price range
What’s the 90 day trend? Listings decreased and sales are flat.
What’s the 12 month trend? Prices are flat compared to a year ago, sales are at the same level and listings are down. Good time for buyers!
