Dreaming about buying your West End Vancouver condo?  Well, the prices rose 0.6% last year, so your timing is good.

February had a tight market with just over three months of inventory. 200 listings and 61 sales.

The sales had an average of 35 days on the market and the sellers only moved 3% from their List Price, with an average of $588psf.  The average sale price clocked in at $686,000.

Busiest price range?

  • 62% was under $500,000. 
  • 5% between $500,000 and  $1M
  • 15% sold over $1M, which is unusual for the West End . Good value in this price range

What’s the 90 day trend? Listings decreased and sales are flat.

What’s the 12 month trend? Prices are flat compared to a year ago, sales are at the same level and listings are down. Good time for buyers!
