The average price for Vancouver’s Coal Harbour condos between Jan-Jun 2008 $988,487. 157 sales and an average of 48 days on the market.

For the same period in 2007 the average price was $746,288, 200 sales and an average of 49 days on the market.

For the period July to December 2007, the average price was $903,934, 197 sales and an average of 47 days on the market.

Reflections – the average price for Coal Harbour condo sales is higher than it was in June and December 2007 and equal to January’s price. The number of monthly sales have dropped but the days on the market for sold condos are consistent. Overall a stable market.
