TRADITIONAL MARKETING
Promote your property to other Realtors and to potential buyers by holding a Sneak Peak & Open House.
Maggie will hold a second Open House if you have a price reduction.
Place a For Sale sign on the property. Process the listing and submit it to MLS. Place a Just Listed flyer on the building’s notice board and advertise the Public Open House on the listing and the realtor.ca (where the public can view opens).
GREEN MARKETING
