Coopers Landing is Vancouver’s newest waterfront neighbourhood, east of Cambie Street bridge and across from the 2010 Olympic Village with Coopers Park in front of the buildings.
Mariner will be the next one to open at 918 Cooperage Way and has 6 suites on a floor, from 658 sqft l bedrooms to 1273 sq-ft 2 bedrooms. It will be 24 storeys with 133 suites. The Esprit Club features a 60ft pool and concierge service. Mariner has expansive windows, in-suite heating and cooling systems, fireplaces with stone surround and wood mantle, marble or granite entry and contemporary low-pile carpeting. The kitchens have granite counter-tops and glass back-splash, stainless steel appliances with gas stoves, double stainless steel sinks and recessed pot lighting.
This Vancouver condo tower has 6 suites on a floor. The 01 suites are 658 sq-ft facing north. The 02 suites are 2 bedrooms 923sq-ft facing n.e. The 03 suites are 2 bedrooms 1123 sq-ft facing south. The 04 suites are 1093 sq-ft facing south and the 05 suites are 1273 sq-ft facing west and the 06 suites are 875 sqft facing n.w.
This Vancouver waterfront neighbourhood consists of 5 buildings Cooper’s Point which opened at the end of 2007, Mariner, Flagship and Cooper’s Lookout which will have a tower and villas.
