Vancouver’s newest and last remaining waterfront neighbourhood. the 2010 Olympic Village sits east of the Cambie Street Bridge and south of Science World. It’s buildings are LEED built and are all concrete and mid-rises. Some condos were pre-sold prior to the Olympics and some were sold at the beginning of 2011 and there are still some remaining. It is close the the 2nd avenue canada line and has many shops and grocery stores and restaurants at its fingertips.
