Vancouver Real Estate

In this section we focused on Vancouver’s luxury waterfront neighbourhood of coal harbour, which currently consists of 30 condo buildings, with two under construction. The majority of homes for sale are condos but there are also townhomes in the neighbouhood. The area is now built out, so there will be no new product coming on the market. Specifically, we address the seven Bayshore Drive buildings and feature a monthly update on the neighbourhood listings, solds and days on market.

Vancouver real estate stats for Coal Harbour in January saw the new year begin with 163 listings (vs. 135 a year ago) and  14 sales (vs. 17 a year ago).  Four of the sales were under $500,000 and 4 were over $1M .An average of $800 psf and an average of 57 days on the market.
