The average Canadian real estate price in October saw the big cities of Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal all higher than a year ago, as are all the Maritime Provinces & Newfoundland. Saskatoon was the only exception to the rule.
