WELCOME! And thanks for checking out my site, and wanting to know a little bit about me.

I LOVE what I do, and that’s helping home buyers and home sellers in the Vancouver waterfront condo neighbourhoods of Coal Harbour, Downtown, Kitsilano, Yaletown, the West End and False Creek. My interest in Vancouver’s history combines with my interest in the changes and growth of its waterfront neighbourhoods. If you see me walking on the seawall, say hi!

For many decades I’ve helped over 1000 Vancouver real estate buyers or sellers buy or sell a home. Some of them are first time buyers or sellers, move up buyers or sellers, move down buyers or sellers, investors or vacation home owners. I enjoy meeting many interesting people from around the world.

During that time, I’ve worked in Buyers and Sellers Markets, watched real estate prices rise and fall, taken course to keep up with the changes and embraced internet marketing and social media including YouTube. As well, I’ve incorporated professional photographers and floorplans into my marketing.

When you ask me to evaluate your propety, you entrust me with the privilege of helping you determine the highest price your property will bring on the market today, whilst selling in a timely manner.

I come armed with stats and graphs, hyper-local neighbourhood info, strong communication skills and patience . My goal is to make the home buying and the home selling process a fun trip and I use today’s technology to make every Vancouver real estate transaction as smooth as possible by clearly answering your questions, providing expertise and offering a savvy opinion.
