A couple of weeks ago I received a referral from a Calgary agent. She told me the I would be one of three agents that the Seller would be interviewing. It took us a while to connect because the Seller travels all the time. I was delighted when we finally got to meet a couple of days ago and more delighted to leave the condo with a listing in hand.
Jackie told me she liked my marketing plan. My blog is now a big part of my marketing plan because it gives my seller’s property additional exposure. I feature the listing in V-flyer on my homepage, bookmark the post in digg, delicious, realestatevoices, stumble and others. And then there’s the traditional marketing …my website, craig’s list and neighbourhood flyers.
Marketing aside, I am serious when I say this is the best floor plan I have seen in a long time for a one bedroom and den, 730 sq.ft., because it also has an office space. But the piece de resistance is the 240 sq.ft. south facing, private garden patio…(not ground floor) just imagine coming home from work in the summer and basking in the sun. You’ll love the open kitchen with stainless appliances, large insuite storage room , spacious bedroom and a gas fireplace for those cool winter evenings. The Star of Kitsilano was built by Andre Molnar, who was a leader in condo designs in Vancouver. Remember those huge soaker tubs and skylights and spiral staircases that led to lofts, which came with his condos in the ’70s and early ’80s? Some of his buildings are 2410 Cornwall, 1425 Cypress, 1435 Nelson, 1855 Nelson, 1345 W. 15th.
