Coal Harbour’s Westin Bayshore Hotel
August 8th, 2007 Categories: Coal Harbour, Vancouver Real Estate
Some of our clients come from overseas to invest in Vancouver, others would like to offer the best to guests or business
associates as they visit this beautiful city. To help with that, we are starting a series of posts on luxury hotels in Coal Harbour, Vancouver’s waterfront.
Don’t we all like bragging a bit about how fabulous this place is? After all, we have been named the best city to live in by the Economist - for the fifth time.
So when you come to Vancouver, we want you to be as comfortable as possible, and get the most enjoyment out of it.
The Westin Bayshore is a great place to do just that. Its location offers the chance to enjoy Vancouver’s cultural events and other activities – not to mention fabulous restaurants - and at the same time, the Westin Bayshore is a fabulous resort experience. The view of the coastline, the mountains, Coal Harbour and Stanley Park is fantastic.
And of course, the hotel is known for its Heavenly Beds (TM). Here is what some guests have to say:
Each morning tiptoe out of your CLOUD NINE bed (the most luxurious bedding you’ll ever experience) and pull back the drapes to the glorious sites of historic Coal Harbour with a background of towering mountains.
I spent countless hours just looking out the wall-to-wall windows at the action in the harbour, watching boats, float planes coming in and leaving and helicopters taking off and landing. The soundproofing was great too.
In 12 nights I never heard cleaning staff or any neighbours.
Our room was almost too good to leave…the bed, the shower, everything was great. When I went to leave my room for a morning jog around Stanley Park, the maid greeted me by name.
It is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
When it comes to food I would say my best experience comes from Currents for breakfast/lunch and Seawall Bar & Grill for supper, both in the Westin Bayshore Downtown Vancouver … the best food I have ever had at a restaurant.
